- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. sherry
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except the shrimp, together.

2It will form a paste-type filling.

3Place the shrimp in a shallow baking pan.

4Dot the shrimp with the butter mix.

5Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
