  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. sherry

    Mix all ingredients, except the shrimp, together.
