- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 c. raw rice
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in butter.

2Mix all other ingredients and add onion and peppers.

3Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4You may need to add a little water; stir.

5Bake at 350°, covered, for 1 hour.

6Stir once after 30 minutes.
