Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1 container whipped cream cheese (let stand for 3 hours)
  • 1 can tiny shrimp or crab meat
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions

Directions

    Heat soup in pan for 2 to 3 minutes (lukewarm).

    Do not dilute.

    Put envelope of Knox gelatine in small custard cup with 2 tablespoons of water and stir.

    Fold in with the soup mixture and stir.
  5. 5
    Fold in the cream cheese until melted.

    Stir in mayo.

    Stir in remainder of ingredients.
  8. 8
    Put in mold or place in refrigerator for 3 hours.
