  • 1/4 c. low-fat sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. Neufchatel or cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes or Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 lb. small shrimp, cooked or crabmeat

Directions

    Beat sour cream with cream cheese until smooth.

    Stir in lemon juice, onion, pepper, milk and shrimp (save a few shrimp for a garnish).

    Season with salt or Worcestershire sauce.

    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
