- 1/2 cups Chopped Yellow Pepper

- 3 cups Water
- 3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 pounds Peeled, Deveined And Chopped Shrimp
- Cooked Rice, For Serving

1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat then stir in flour.

2Stir constantly until it becomes a rich dark brown.

3Add vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

4Stir in water and seasonings.

5Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
