  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 pounds Peeled, Deveined And Chopped Shrimp
  • Cooked Rice, For Serving

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat then stir in flour.

    Stir constantly until it becomes a rich dark brown.

    Add vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in water and seasonings.

    Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
