Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion tops
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 can water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 lb. cleaned shrimp (crawfish can be substituted)
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in oleo until onion is tender.

2Add soup and water.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

5Add seasonings and shrimp; simmer 10 minutes more.

6Add green onion tops and simmer 5 more minutes.

7Serve over rice.

8Will serve 4 to 6 people.
