- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small can V-8 or tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 boiled eggs
Directions

1Cook shrimp by boiling in water, seasoned with salt and pepper, 15 minutes.

2Drain, peel and remove black veins.
