Ingredients
- 2 large onions, chopped fine
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped fine (red and/or green)
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- green onions, chopped
- salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Directions

1Saute onions and bell pepper in butter until tender.

2Stir in shrimp. Cook on medium heat until shrimp are done, 10 to 15 minutes. Add a small amount of water as needed.

3Add green onions; cook about 5 minutes. Season with salt and peppers.

4Serve over rice.
