- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet melt margarine over medium heat.

2Saute onions and green onions until onions are clear.

3Add lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic and cook for 10 more minutes.

4Add shrimp, salt and cayenne pepper; stir well.

5Reduce heat to low and cover to simmer for about 40 minutes.

6Serve over cooked rice.
