- 2 lb. raw shrimp, shelled
- 1/2 lb. bacon, sliced
- 1/2 c. rum, warmed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Wrap each shrimp in bacon and fasten with toothpick.

3Spread on a cookie sheet and bake, turning frequently, until bacon is crisp.

4Drain on paper towels.

5Place in a chafing dish and pour warmed rum over shrimp; ignite.

6Serve immediately.
