- 1 lb. small shrimp, cooked
- 2 c. cooked rice (firm but not mushy)
- 1 bell pepper, chipped
- 3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 1 chicken bouillon
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Chop.

3Beat eggs with a little salt and fry.

4Take out and chop the eggs.

5Fry finely chopped onion with chicken bouillon cube.

6When clear, add rice, finely chopped celery, bell pepper, egg, bacon and shrimp.

7Season with soy sauce.
