- 2 pkg. frozen large shrimp
- 4 pkg. Japanese stir-fry vegetables
- 2 onions, sliced and separated
- 2 c. cooked Uncle Ben's rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Use wok.

2Cook vegetables in 1/2 cup oil until crisp.

3Push to the side of wok, leaving a hole in center of vegetables.

4Place shrimp in the center of wok.

5Sprinkle salt, pepper and Old Bay onto shrimp.

6Cook until shrimp are thawed and done.

7Pour off excess liquid.

8Mix in cooked rice.

9Toss until thoroughly mixed.
