- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. La Choy soy sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced canned mushrooms
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced La Choy water chestnuts
- 1 c. La Choy bean sprouts, drained
Directions
