Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 medium eggs, scrambled
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1 cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions

    Heat wok or large skillet with oil (peanut, vegetable, or canola) and scramble the eggs in oil.

    Add everything except the rice and soy sauce.

    Heat until shrimp is cooked through.

    When shrimp is cooked, add rice and soy sauce.

    Stir until all ingredients well mixed.
