- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 medium eggs, scrambled
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 3 cup cooked rice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 zucchini
- 3 carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 2 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions

1Heat wok or large skillet with oil (peanut, vegetable, or canola) and scramble the eggs in oil.

2Add everything except the rice and soy sauce.

3Heat until shrimp is cooked through.

4When shrimp is cooked, add rice and soy sauce.

5Stir until all ingredients well mixed.
