- 6 cups macadamia nuts
- 1 (1 lb) box graham cracker
- 12 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 10 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 12 cups packed sweetened flaked coconut
- caramel (for cookies)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Spread macadamia nuts on baking sheet.

3Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes.

4Set baking sheet on a wire rack to cool.

5Line an 11x18-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

6Using a food processor or rolling pin, finely crush graham crackers.

7Place in medium bowl.

8Stir in melted butter Press mixture into bottom of prepared baking pan in an even layer.

9Sprinkle the chocolate over the graham crackers.

10Sprinkle coconut over the chocolate.

11Sprinkle the reserved nuts over the coconut.

12Using a microwave or double boiler, heat the caramel until liquid.

13Drizzle caramel over macadamia nuts.

14Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.

15Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool.
