- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 3/4 cups Smoked Ham, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Frozen Peas
- 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
- 1/2 pounds Medium Shrimp, Uncooked And Cleaned
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
Directions

1Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

2Add ham and vegetables; cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Add shrimp; cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

4Stir in rice, soy sauce, and egg; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is set and ham mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

5You can add/substitute any chopped vegetables youd like.
