  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 3/4 cups Smoked Ham, Chopped
  • 3/4 cups Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Peas
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1/2 pounds Medium Shrimp, Uncooked And Cleaned
  • 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten

Directions

    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add ham and vegetables; cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add shrimp; cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

    Stir in rice, soy sauce, and egg; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is set and ham mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.

    You can add/substitute any chopped vegetables youd like.
