  • 3 c. salsa
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
  • 1 c. cubed, fully cooked ham
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. instant bouillon granules
  • 2 c. hot, cooked rice

    In a large saucepan, stir together all the ingredients except the rice.

    Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat; simmer, while covered, for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over rice or with rice aside.
