Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 to 3 c. uncooked peeled shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • dash of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • Nature's Seasons to taste
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
  • egg noodles
  • grated Parmesan (fresh is best)

Directions

    Melt butter and saute garlic and onion.

    Add raw shrimp, mushrooms, parsley, paprika, hot sauce, cayenne pepper and Natures Seasons.

    Cook until the shrimp turn pink.

    Do not overcook shrimp!
