- 1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
- 1 medium white onion, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 to 3 c. uncooked peeled shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- dash of paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- Nature's Seasons to taste
- 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
- egg noodles
- grated Parmesan (fresh is best)
Directions

1Melt butter and saute garlic and onion.

2Add raw shrimp, mushrooms, parsley, paprika, hot sauce, cayenne pepper and Natures Seasons.

3Cook until the shrimp turn pink.

4Do not overcook shrimp!
