- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp
- 1 to 2 oz. white wine
- 1 lb. 12 oz. can plum tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- dash of black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 lb. linguini
Directions

1In a large frying pan, saute oil, margarine and garlic.

2Clean shrimp (in advance) and place around edge of pan.

3Add white wine. Crush plum tomatoes with fork and add to pan.

4Sprinkle spices over mixture and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

5Pour over linguini.
