- 1 tbsp. white miso paste
- 1 tsp. Thai fish sauce
- 1 red chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fine green beans
- 8 raw large shrimp
- 1/3 cup carrot, cut into fine strips
- 2 tbsp. edamame beans
- A good squeeze of lime juice
- 1 scallion, finely sliced
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
Directions

1Add 1 cup boiling water to a medium saucepan; stir in the miso, fish sauce, and chile, and bring to a simmer.

2Add the beans. After 1 minute, add the shrimp, and cook for 1 minute. Add the carrot and edamame; cook for 2 minutes.

3Remove from heat, and stir in the lime. Top with sliced scallion and cilantro.
