- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans medium size shrimp
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. tomato soup
Directions

1Drain and rinse shrimp in cold water; set aside.

2Warm tomato soup (just contents of can) and gelatin; set aside.

3Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy.

4Add shrimp, onion and celery to cream cheese mixture.

5Combine tomato soup to mixture.

6Grease a 1-quart mold.

7Pour mixture in; refrigerate for at least 1 day to blend flavors.

8Unmold; put parsley around.

9Serve with crackers.
