- 2 quarts potatoes, diced 3/4 inch approx
- 6 tablespoons melted butter (or 6 tbs olive oil)
- 14 teaspoon sweet basil
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 18 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Peel and cut potatoes into about 3/4 inch size pieces.

2Place potatoes in pot and cover with water.

3Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.

4Remove from heat and drain.

5All to drain for 5 minutes.

6Coat the potatoes in melted butter or oil sprinkle spices and parmesan cheese on them.

7Stir till all coated.

8Pour into casserole and heat at 350F till potatoes start turning lightly browned.

9It could take 30 to 40 minutes.

10A good golden brown color is desired.
