- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pepper
- 12 to 16 oz. small frozen shrimp
- crackers
Directions

1Defrost shrimp.

2Mix tomato soup, cream cheese and water together over low heat.

3When smooth, add gelatin and stir.

4Remove from heat.

5When cooled, add mayonnaise.

6Mix onion, celery and pepper and add to sauce.

7Fold in shrimp.

8Pour into greased 6-cup mold and refrigerate overnight.

9Serve with crackers.
