Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped pepper
  • 12 to 16 oz. small frozen shrimp
  • crackers

Directions

    Defrost shrimp.

    Mix tomato soup, cream cheese and water together over low heat.

    When smooth, add gelatin and stir.

    Remove from heat.

    When cooled, add mayonnaise.

    Mix onion, celery and pepper and add to sauce.

    Fold in shrimp.

    Pour into greased 6-cup mold and refrigerate overnight.

    Serve with crackers.
