- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bunch green onions (I use less)
- 1 celery heart, chopped
- 3 lb. shrimp, boiled, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine (add 1 c. of hot tap water to gelatine)
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- dash of cayenne pepper
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 2 dashes Lea & Perrins
- dash of salt
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Combine soup and cream cheese on low heat until smooth; add green onions, celery, shrimp, mayonnaise and seasoning.

2Dissolve gelatine and add to mixture.

3Pour into mold; let stand 24 hours before serving.

4Serve with crackers.
