- 1 lb. shrimp, chopped finely
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. bell pepper
- 2 green onions
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in water.

2Cream the cream cheese and add with gelatin to heated soup.

3Allow mixture to cool.

4Add mayonnaise, celery, onions, bell pepper and seasonings.

5Let stand in refrigerator until thickens, about 5 minutes.

6Add shrimp. Place in well oiled mold.

7Chill until firm (overnight).

8Serve with crackers.
