  • 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. equal parts chopped celery, green pepper and onion
  • 8 oz. frozen or 1 large can shrimp

Directions

    Bring soup to a low boil.

    Add cream cheese and gelatin.

    Stir until smooth over heat.

    Cool.

    Add mayonnaise, vegetables and shrimp.

    Pour into mold and chill until firm.

    Serve with crackers for an appetizer.
