- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lb. boiled shrimp, finely chopped
- crab meat (can also add if desired)
Directions

1Melt the cream cheese and tomato soup together over a low to medium heat.

2Remove from heat and cool a little.

3Stir in the mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.

4Melt the gelatine in a small amount of water, then add to the cream cheese mixture.

5Stir in the celery, green onions and shrimp, mixing until well blended. Pour into mold.

6Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
