  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 c. small shrimp, drained
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes

Directions

    Combine soup and cream cheese in pot.

    Heat until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into a greased mold. Chill 24 hours.

    Unmold and serve with crackers or rye bread rounds.
