Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 2 c. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp. pickle relish

    Heat soup, but do not boil.

    Mix gelatin in hot water, add to soup.

    Place cream cheese in bowl and add soup mixture.

    Beat until smooth and let cool.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 2-quart mold.

    Chill until set.

    Serve with crackers.
