Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and finely chopped, or 3 small cans shrimp, well drained
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dissolved gelatin and lemon juice.

    Add shrimp, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and hot sauce.

    Put in lightly oiled fish mold and chill.

    Unmold and serve with crackers and Melba toast.
