Ingredients
- 2 -3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute the garlic in butter over medium heat.

2Add the shrimp and saute for 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink.

3Using a slotted spoon, transfer the shrimp to a greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish.

4May sprinkle shrimp lightly with salt/pepper if desired.

5Add the wine to the skillet; bring to a boil over medium heat.

6Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until reduced.

7Pour over shrimp.

8Sprinkle cheese evenly over the shrimp.

9Sprinkle with parsley.

10Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
