- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 envelope gelatin in
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 cans drained crabmeat or 1/2 lb. cooked, diced shrimp
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. scallions
- 1/4 c. celery
- shrimp for garnish
Directions

1Heat mushroom or celery soup with cream cheese; stir until smooth.

2Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.

3Add to soup mixture and stir.

4Add crabmeat or shrimp, mayo, scallions and celery.

5Put in mold.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Garnish with shrimp.
