Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 envelope gelatin in
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 cans drained crabmeat or 1/2 lb. cooked, diced shrimp
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/2 c. scallions
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • shrimp for garnish

Directions

    Heat mushroom or celery soup with cream cheese; stir until smooth.

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.

    Add to soup mixture and stir.

    Add crabmeat or shrimp, mayo, scallions and celery.

    Put in mold.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Garnish with shrimp.
