- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 1/2 c. very hot water
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 c. shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped

Directions

1Mix cream cheese, Tabasco, soup and mayonnaise.

2Soften Knox gelatine in very hot water.

3Add to cheese mixture.

4Blend celery, onion and shrimp into mixture.

5Spray a mold with Pam.

6Pour in mixture and chill overnight.

7Unmold on a lettuce bed.

8Serve with crackers.

9Makes 48 servings (1 tablespoon each).
