Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1/2 c. very hot water
  • 1 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 c. shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped
  • Pam

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, Tabasco, soup and mayonnaise.

    Soften Knox gelatine in very hot water.

    Add to cheese mixture.

    Blend celery, onion and shrimp into mixture.

    Spray a mold with Pam.

    Pour in mixture and chill overnight.

    Unmold on a lettuce bed.

    Serve with crackers.

    Makes 48 servings (1 tablespoon each).
