  • 24 jumbo shrimp, raw, peeled, and deveined
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • oil, for deep frying
  • 1 cup seafood cocktail sauce, bottled
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
