  • 3 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 packets or 2 heaping tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. milk or half and half
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. Morton's Nature Seasons seasoning blend
  • 1 (16 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese, cut into cubes
  • 8 oz. to 16 oz. angel hair spaghetti, cooked and drained

    Saut shrimp in margarine and juice of 2 lemons. Add chicken bouillon and water. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 cups of milk. Add to shrimp mixture and cook until thickened. Add Morton's seasoning and then

    add Monterey Jack cheese. Cook on low until cheese melts. Serve over spaghetti which has been cooked according to package directions and drained.
