- 1 stick margarine
- 2 lemons
- 2 packets or 2 heaping tsp. chicken bouillon
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. milk or half and half
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Morton's Nature Seasons seasoning blend
- 1 (16 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese, cut into cubes
- 8 oz. to 16 oz. angel hair spaghetti, cooked and drained

1Saut shrimp in margarine and juice of 2 lemons. Add chicken bouillon and water. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 cups of milk. Add to shrimp mixture and cook until thickened. Add Morton's seasoning and then
