Ingredients

  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. plain rice
  • chopped onion to taste
  • 1 c. chicken bouillon
  • 1 small can (tuna-size) shrimp
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. mustard
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. chili sauce
  • 1/3 c. catsup (double if no chili sauce!)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients and pur over chicken pieces.

    Bake 1 to 2 hours (again according to the amount of chicken used).
