- 1 lb. large shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. oleo or more
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- shake of garlic salt
- 1 box Rice-A-Roni rice pilaf
- a little cooking wine
Directions

1Steam shrimp according to directions on Old Bay seasoning. (I substitute about half of the vinegar with water.)

2Peel and store in refrigerator until ready to use.

3Heat oleo, lemon juice, wine and garlic salt in a skillet; add shrimp and saute until good and hot and liquid is almost gone.

4Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.

5Make a nest with the rice.

6Put shrimp in the center.
