- 12 lb shrimp (uncooked)
- chicken broth (canned is fine)
- 12 tablespoon fresh dill
- 12 cup chopped celery
- rice
Directions

1Brown a small amount of butter in a large saucepan.

2Toss in shrimp with shells on (if there's a little extra juice with the shrimp, let it drip in too).

3When shrimp begin to turn opaque, remove from pan, allow to cool, and then peel.

4Meanwhile, toss 1/4 of the rice into buttery pan and mix for 2 minutes.

5Add enough broth to cook all the rice, as well as the celery and dill.

6Bring to simmer and cover.

7Simmer until rice is cooked.

8Add shrimp for a minute or so, until they are tender but fully cooked.

9Eat!

10**Reminder**.

11Cook shrimp at the beginning, to get their juice in the pan.

12Then REMOVE.
-
13Add again at the end.
-
14If you leave them in the whole time they will be really tough.
