- 6 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 bunch thinly sliced celery
- water
- oil
- 1 lb. ground lean pork (2 c.)
- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1 c. chopped cooked shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- salt to taste
- 12 egg roll skins
- beaten egg
Directions

1In a large pot, combine cabbage, celery and enough water to cover.

2Bring to a boil.

3Cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Drain in colander and cool.

4Press vegetables against side of colander to extract liquid.

5Vegetables should look dry.
