  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. tiny cooked shrimp
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 slices bread, crust removed and cubed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except bread cubes.

    Add bread cubes and put in souffle dish or 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch dish.

    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour or until center is set.
