- 2 c. long grain rice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. boiled, deveined shrimp
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 large, chopped onion
- 3 shakes black pepper
Directions

1Stir rice, tomato sauce, salt and pepper into rice steamer and let steam for 30 minutes.

2While rice is steaming, fry bacon and brown onion in bacon grease.

3Break up crisp bacon.

4Pour grease, sauteed onion, shrimp and bacon into rice.

5Fluff up and steam for another 30 minutes.
