Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay
  • 2 Tbsp. brown mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. tarragon
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

    Steam shrimp until done (about 5 minutes, until they are bright pink).

    Cool and peel.

    Mix remaining ingredients and blend well.

    Pour over shrimp and refrigerate for at least one hour, stirring occasionally.

    Mound shrimp on lettuce leaves and pour remaining sauce over.
