Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 2 tablespoons liquid shrimp and crab boil
- 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp
- 1/3 cup minced green onions
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Combine water and crab boil in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add shrimp; return to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Peel and chill shrimp.

2Combine onions and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Serve sauce with shrimp.
