- 2 bunches green onions
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach or 2 heads romaine
- 2 cans (4 oz. size) cooked shrimp, drained
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- dash of pepper
Directions

1With sharp knife, trim tops from onions; chop tops fine.

2Wash spinach and shred.

3Put in salad bowl or mound on individual salad plates.

4On top of greens, pile chopped onion tops, then shrimp. Arrange onions spoke fashion around salad.

5In a jar with tight fitting lid, shake soy sauce, salad oil and pepper.

6Combine thoroughly.

7Use as dressing for salad.
