Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp or 2 (5 oz.) cans
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Chill shrimp and, if large, cut into halves or quarters.

    Add other ingredients and toss together. Chill and serve on lettuce. Serves 4 to 6 servings.
