- 2 12 lbs fresh shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 2 large potatoes, cut in cubes
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 34 cup mayonnaise (Kraft's)
- 12 cup celery, finely chopped
- 12 cup sweet salad pickle, drained
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Place shrimp in boiling water and cook for only 3 minutes.

2Drain immediately and let cool.

3Then cut shrimp in thirds.

4Simmer potatoes in boiling salted water until done but still firm.

5In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients.

6Gently combine shrimp and potatoes with pickle mixture.

7If not serving immediately, refrigerate.

8May be served in a large bowl or on top of lettuce leaves.
