Ingredients
- 4 c. hot cooked rice
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 3 drops of hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 c. cooked peas
- 2 cans shrimp
- lettuce
Directions

1Combine rice and French dressing; cool to room temperature. Mix mayonnaise, onion and seasonings.

2Place celery and peas in large mixing bowl; pour in mayonnaise mixture.

3Add rice mixture, toss lightly with fork.

4Chill salad well.

5Drain and chill shrimp. Add shrimp to salad just before serving.

6Turn salad into lettuce lined bowl.

7Garnish with tomato wedges.
