- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 8 to 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 c. cooked shrimp, cut in small pieces
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 3/4 c. diced celery (add all to cream cheese mixture)
- 1 c. mayonnaise (added when mixture cools)
Directions

1Heat soup and cream cheese in double boiler or in microwave at 50%, 3 to 5 minutes.

2Pour mixture into 6-cup mold or individual molds.

3Unmold on serving plate and garnish with greens.

4If seafood mold is used, ripe olives and pimento can be used for eyes and mouth.

5This may also be used as appetizer and served with your favorite crackers.
