- 1 large onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 clove garlic, cut finely
- parsley, cut finely
- Italian grated cheese
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut onion, celery and carrots finely.

2Fry in oil until lightly brown.

3Add small amount of grated cheese, garlic and parsley.

4Add clean shrimp, tomatoes, tomato paste and 1/2 cup water.

5Cook until done.

6Use more water, if needed.

7Salt and pepper to taste.

8Serve over spaghetti.
