- 2 lb. large raw shrimp
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 lemon wedges
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Clean shrimp; drain well on paper towels.

3Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish in oven. Add salt, garlic and 1 tablespoon parsley; mix well.

4Arrange shrimp in single layer in baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

6Turn shrimp.

7Sprinkle with lemon peel, lemon juice and remaining parsley.

8Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or just until tender.

9Arrange shrimp on heated serving platter.

10Pour garlic butter over all.

11Serve over rice.
